Maldives-based J Hotels & Resorts at Maldives has launched four prime properties in Bengaluru, which offer a host of travel and tourism services. J Hotels was launched in the city by Mahmood Shaugee, Minister for Tourism & Civil Aviation, Maldives.
Connoisseur Conference and Leisure Consultants Pvt Ltd, and Akqua Sun Holidays India Pvt Ltd, leading tour operators and travel service providers in India, also announced their merger. Speaking about J Hotels, B A Rahim, Director Akqua Sun Holidays India said, “The Indian tourism industry is growing at an average of 110 per cent plus and we are confident that we will help Bengaluru to receive a larger share of this pie.” J Hotels & Resorts has properties with distinct personalities. The promoters are looking to target corporate tourists apart from regular leisure travellers.
Talking to the media, Mahmood Shaugee, Minister for Tourism and Aviation added, “With the new international airport in place, Bengaluru has the opportunity to be the gateway to India for small Indian Ocean countries. It has the potential to be the hub of India’s travel trade. |
