Vatika Business Centre opens its second centre in Hyderabad

4 Centres opened in the current quarter across Chennai, New Delhi, Noida, and Hyderabad

Vatika Business Centre, the largest Indian Business Centre provider in the country, opened their second centre in Hyderabad. The second centre is in line with Vatika Business Centre’s drive to open 42 centres by 2019 and considering the heavy demand for Business Centre by corporate in Hyderabad. The second Business Centre in Hyderabad is at Divyasree Omega Hitech City. It covers 28,000 sq. ft of prime commercial space in High Tech City and offer 260 seats in various combinations varying from 20 seater suites to four meeting rooms besides a conference room. In addition, it offers virtual office space packages.

Vatika Business Centre has recently augmented 50 percent of its floor area in the last four months and capacity across three Indian Cities – Chennai, New Delhi and Noida, besides Hyderabad, in the current quarter. With its opening of four new centres, with over 80,000 sq ft of fully furnished office space and around 880 more seats, Vatika Business Centre, a unit of Vatika Hotels, will have an undoubted lead over the competition in terms of seating capacity and giving instant solutions to various business needs.

Vatika Business Centre already has 12 centres across Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi-NCR covering more than 2,80,000 sq. ft of space with 2,700 seats that it provides for Fully Furnished Shared Offices, Meeting Rooms and Virtual Offices with HD Video Conferencing, Secretarial Staff, Office Reception and Building Maintenance facilities.

“Vatika Group envisages opening between five to six new business centres every year. We are open to all formats of opening new business centres either on owned/lease spaces or signing management contracts to achieve our aim of managing 42 centres in India in next five years. For the same, we are securing an investment of around Rs 200 crores with the aim of touching annual turnover of around Rs 250 crores within the next five years. Presently, Vatika Business Centre has a 90 per cent average occupancy, which I will attribute to our ergonomically designed spaces and fit outs, our services, our warmth, personalized attention, the locations and the buildings therein,” said Vineet Taing, President -Hospitality, Vatika Group.
