Ramee Group expands in hospitality sector

The Ramee Group of Hotels & Resorts has chosen Business Bay, Downtown Jebel Ali, Dubai Waterfront and Dubai World Central as locations for upcoming projects. The group has already begun construction on one five star hotel in Bengaluru and two four star properties in Mumbai and Pune, India.

The group plans to enter the five star hotel category and further real estate developments with an estimated investment of Dh 5 billion across the Middle East and India. The group has procured three plots of land to build and introduce five star properties; these are in Business Bay and Jebel Ali Downtown in Dubai and one in Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. Ramee Group has also acquired four additional plots; three in Juffair and one in Seef to develop one four star hotel, one five star hotel and two furnished hotel apartments (400 rooms), respectively. The total estimated cost will be Dh 1 billion.

Ramee Group of Hotels & Resorts currently operates 31 hotels and hotel apartments in UAE, Bahrain, Oman and India.
