Vivek Bhatt, Executive Chef,
JW Marriott New Delhi
Chef Vivek Bhatt comes with around two decades of experience in the hospitality industry in India and abroad. A graduate from IHM Ahmedabad, he has worked with The Trident, Jaipur, Hyatt Regency, New Delhi etc. During his tenure with Hyatt, he was appointed as Chef de Cuisine for the Hyatt Regency La Manga, Spain in 2004. He returned to India in 2007 to work with Shangri-La Hotel New Delhi as Executive Sous Chef. Chef Vivek joined Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Center and Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad as the Executive Chef in 2012. He had also been instrumental in the opening of JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar in 2014. Until recently, he was working as Executive Chef with Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou, China.
 Sandeep Pande, Director Culinary, Renaissance Lucknow & Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow
Pande has more than 20 years of experience in the culinary arts, curating menus, formulating recipes, and planning banquets. He has led chefs and kitchen staff at hotels and hospitality groups across India and abroad. In his new capacity as Multi Property, Director Culinary, he will supervise the dining at both Renaissance Lucknow Hotel and Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow. Pande holds a masters degree in Hospitality Administration from Cornell School of Hotel Administration. He excels in Mediterranean, Indian, Thai, and English pub cuisine
 Sarita Sharma, Mixologist, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar With her experience of six years in the industry, she has worked as a senior bartender at Flaming Trio, a bartending company. She worked with Asian and international flavours which enhanced her ability to make delicious and exotic drinks. She then joined JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar as a Bartender in 2014 and is now working as an Assistant Bar Manager thanks to her talent and creativity in bartending. Sarita completed her education from ITM-IHMCT, Kharghar and then trained with other renowned hospitality brands like The Oberoi Hotel, The Taj Mahal Hotel, Grand Hyatt and ITC Grand Maratha.

Director of Food and Beverage ,
Courtyard Marriott, Bhopal Having over 22 years of rich experience, Krishnan is a graduate from IHM Jaipur. Prior to this positionKrishnanspent more than three years as an Executive Chef at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity. He has also served Courtyard Chennai, Goa Marriott Resort, Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad as Executive Chef. He has worked with Welcome Group Rajputana Palace Sheraton, Jaipur, Oberoi Hotels.
 Anand Ganesan, Multi Property General Manager, Renaissance and Fairfield by Marriott, Lucknow Anand Ganesan has over 25 years of experience across three continents and multiple brands. He will lead the operations at Renaissance, Lucknow and Fairfield by Marriott, Lucknow in a new role. Before joining his new assignment, Ganesan was associated with the Accor Group of Hotels for almost a decade during which he worked with different properties of the group, including Lavasa Novotel; Lavasa International Convention Centre; Mercure Lavasa; Novotel Hyderabad & Hyderabad International Convention Centre; Mercure Hyderabad, among others. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management as well as a Diploma in Hotel Operations from Switzerland.

Chef Devendra Khetle,
Sous Chef, Indigo, Mumbai Having worked as a banquet chef with a brand like Loews, New Orleans Hotel, a five star property known for being a celebrity favourite; Chef Khetle has mastered the art of researching and using new techniques of cooking and extremely creative presentations. Chef Khetle started his career with a two year Training Programme at Taj Hotels and Resorts, after which he was appointed as Demi Chef de partie followed by a banquet's chef at Hotel Banquet Loews where he was exposed to the Creole and Cajun styles of cooking. He later moved to Restaurant Ergo Sum, Smoke Shack as Chef de Partie for two years after which he was appointed as Junior Sous Chef.
HYATT GROUP  Shobhit Sawhney, General Manager, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa With over 16 years of experience across brands and countries, Sawhney was earlier handling the role of Hotel Manager at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. In his new role, he will be heading the luxurious Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa. He graduated from IHM Mumbai and was working in the United Kingdom with international hotel chains till Hyatt brought him back home. His new role at Park Hyatt Goa will be a new experience as he has always been associated with city hotels in earlier roles.
 Rakesh Ramola, Food and Beverage Manager, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa At Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, Ramola will oversee the fine collection of restaurants and bars and will administer the profitable management of the food and beverage services through service and product efficiency. Prior to this assignment, Rakesh was the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Grand Hyatt Mumbai where he managed the food and beverage operations. Ramola has also worked with Hyatt Place Pune Hinjewadi, Hyatt Regency Mumbai and Grand Hyatt Doha.
NOVOTEL IMAGICA KHOPLI  Namit Bhavsar,
Director of Sales & Marketing
Bhavsar has been in the hospitality industry for over eitght years. Prior to joining AccorHotels, Namit was the Associate Director of Sales at The St. Regis, Mumbai. His deep understanding of the hospitality industry is critical to his role as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Novotel Imagica Khopoli. After pursuing his Master’s degree in Business Administration, Bhavsar started his career with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and then went on to hold various positions across leading hotel chains in India.
SAROVER GROUP  Rahul Saxena, General Manager, Seyfert Sarovar Portico, Dehradun
Saxena has over 20 years of experience and has worked as General Manager at Country Inn & Suites by Carlson Ahmedabad and General Manager of Sales & Marketing with Hotel Parkland New Delhi and Jaypee Group of Hotels. In his earlier assignments, he had also worked with The Lalit (previously known as Grand Intercontinental) and Grand Mercure New Delhi. Saxena is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Bhartiya Vidhya Bhawan, New Delhi.
 Ameet Wagh, General Manager,
Sales (West), Delhi Wagh brings with him an experience of over 18 years in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry. Prior to this, Wagh was associated with Sun-n-Sand Hotels as Corporate Head of Sales & Marketing. An alumnus of the R. A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics, Wagh started his career with Sterling Holiday Resorts India, after which he went on to work with Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, Intercontinental The Grand Mumbai, and Intercontinental Marine Drive. He was awarded the Sales Icon of the year for his ability to maximize revenues for the hotel.

Subhrajit Bardhan, General Manager, Swissotel Kolkata
Subhrajit Bardhan has over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry and he was associated with The Oberoi Group, Hyatt Hotels and the award winning Ananda in the Himalayas. Subhrajit Bardhan began his career with The Oberoi Hotels, after being selected for the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. Prior to joining Swissotel Kolkata, his last assignment was at the Park Hyatt Goa as an Executive Assistant Manager.
