Roseate House New Delhi announces the launch of DEL, the world cuisine bistro offering Delhi gourmands a unique dining experience with change of menus at every meal time. Inspired by the Delhi aero code, DEL offers European, Oriental and Indian cuisine that will leave gourmet lovers in the city spoilt for choice.

Located at the Roseate House New Delhi, DEL reflects a grand sense of space offering an opulent view of the alfresco with tranquil water bodies and lush greens. The 130 plus cover bistro exudes modern elegance with a posh private dining room offering the perfect ambience to regale. The private dining room opens to a sky lounge, ideal to host corporate and social gatherings while the landscaped alfresco area makes open air dining a treat under natural light.

Hues of brown and grey coupled with chic, modern furnishings make way for a warm and inviting ambience at DEL and a destination for quick business luncheons, heart-warming feasts with family and friends as well as for special celebrations.

Continuing the idea of a global culture, an illustration called Somnium Genero - You Are In Flight (Tu In Fugam – A, Acrylic on canvas), by Thukral & Tagra is stationed at DEL.

Diners can enjoy an interactive experience with adept master chefs carefully handcrafting their favourite repast at DEL’s live oriental and European kitchens.
The bistro also houses a swanky bar, a sushi Island, salad stations, a cold spread counter and dessert buffet stations that enhance a sense of drama.

DEL’s extensive curated menu includes an impressive range of signature and gourmet delights delicately prepared inside the culinary stations of the bistro. Each meal bears the aero code of the region, the dish belongs to. Must try signature fusion creations include the ‘DEL Compressed Salad’ from Barcelona, aero code BCN, the ‘Confit Duck Leg’, from Orly Paris, aero code ORY and ‘Quinoa Biryani’ from Delhi, aero code DEL. Other signature surprises include ‘Gosht Aur Gucchi Pulao’ from Bangalore - BLR a fare consisting of slow cooked lamb shanks from New Zealand served with Kashmiri gucchi pulao, ‘Ying Yang’ from Tokushima, Japan with aero code TKS that includes delicious paprika prawns, asparagus shavings, summer squash purée, gomadare dressing and Kombu chips and ‘Black Linguine Vongole’ from Rome, Italy aero code ROM that offers homemade linguine served with shrimps, squid rings, mussels and gremolata.
