Hotel The Royal Plaza New Delhi adds one more party place - Royal Brewery Bistro

Hotel The Royal Plaza New Delhi has introduced another party destination - Royal Brewery Bistro – to their F&B offerings after their 19th floor open air SKY lounge bar and grill completed three successful seasons as a party destination. Located on the ground floor, overlooking the pool, the Royal Brewery Bistro has an elegant and lavish look, and the decor is inspired by vintage industrial themes.

The Royal Brewery Bistro with dining and lounge seating with a community table on the centre has a capacity for 60 diners at a time. The Bistro also has an underground wine cellar which is well-stocked and allows small groups to sit around and enjoy selection of wines in the cellar itself. A poolside view has added another interesting factor. The Bistro also has a dedicated pizza and pasta station.

There is a European Microbrewery attached to the Royal Brewery Bistro which is awaiting approvals for formal launch.

“The biggest problem in city bars is that people don’t get good food. We wanted to create a place where people who come for a drink stay for food as well. Our Executive Chef has worked hard in creating a wholesome international menu. With Royal Bistro we want to create a loyal customer base,” said Virat Verma, CEO, Hotel The Royal Plaz New Delhi.

“We have an excellent location, we want to take advantage of that,” he added. The outlet will be serving a wide variety of fresh draft beers, RBB signature cocktails, and mocktails. “We have created cocktails of beer infused with tequila, vodka and rum. These cocktails resembles the taste of structure of wheat beer, but originally made using local beer,” said Amit Chauhan, Director of Operations, SKY and Royal Brewery Bistro, presenting the unique Brewer Street cocktail.

The menu has been prepared by Chef Atul Mishra, Executive Chef of the hotel which comprises selection of Italian and Mexican dishes. It has delectable delights with a variety ranging from freshly made pizzas to the mouth-watering lamb chops, to scrumptious shrimp to avocado salads, divine desserts, etc. ‘Menu will be reworked analyzing the customer demand,’ said Chef Mishra. However, focus will remain on organic and micro-greens at Royal Brewery Bistro, he added.
