Trip Tap Toe records 76.2% revenue growth within six months of funding

Trip Tap Toe, an online platform that helps travellers search, discover and book worldwide flights, hotels and curated itineraries, has reported benchmark growth of 76.2% within 6 months of being funded by RS Sharma, Ex-chairman & Managing Director, ONGC.

At a time when most Start-Ups in the country are facing the heat of funding slowdown and operational crisis, Trip tap Toe is beefing up recruitment and acquiring talent across departments like Technology & Marketing. The online travel solutions platform aims to bolster technology upscale by investing in its web & mobile platforms. The company plans to catalyze expansion and build on its existing network of clients.

"We are looking to expand our team across functions such as sales, technology and marketing. Some of these positions will be based in our upcoming international offices in Dubai and Hong Kong. We are looking at people with a zeal to work with a Start-Up and help us expand in India and overseas," said Manuraj Singh Johar, Founder, Trip Tap Toe. 

Beides  making available to users hotel options from worldwide suppliers in a single feed and forwarding commissions received from airlines as discounts, Trip Tap Toe is associated with a global network of travel suppliers to curate itineraries offering a local experience to users.   “We do not pass leads to third party suppliers to take commissions or redirect the user to third party affiliates sites” said Johar.

To provide unconditional and seamless assistance to users throughout the travel duration, Trip Tap Toe recently launched its unique ‘Travel Concierge Chat App’ which is an extension of their web portal (available on both android and iOS platforms). The Chat App allows travellers  stay connected with the dedicated Concierge Service through the entire trip. “Our concierge app is a hit with corporate clients who use it for the smallest of requests such as web check ins & room upgrades, saving them the pain to track email chains,” added Johar
