Chef Raviraj Guruju, Executive Chef, Novotel Imagica Khopoli
Chef Guruju brings with him 21 years of hospitality experience in some of the most eminent hotels in India and overseas. He has been a part of hotels like Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Hyderabad, and Mercure Lavasa & Lavasa International Convention Centre, Pune, Le Royal Meridien Mumbai, to name a few.
Kamal Deep Sharma, Director of Sales & Marketing, Hyatt Pune Kalyani Nagar
Sharma possesses experience with more than 26 years of hospitality industry experience. He has earlier worked with luxury and business hotels including Taj Group of Hotels, Radisson Blu, The Park hotel and has been with Hyatt since 2013. Sharma will be leading the Sales & Marketing team at Hyatt Pune in his new role.
Gopal Jha, Executive Chef, Grand Mercure Bangalore
Chef Jha brings with him 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry. As an Executive Chef at Grand Mercure Bangalore, he administers all kitchen operations related to food and beverage in the property. He has earlier worked with The Lalit - Golf & Spa Resort, Goa and brands like Starwood, Taj and Hyatt International.
Shruti Sengupta, Assistant Manager Marketing Communication, Hyatt Pune Kalyani Nagar
Sengupta began her career in the hospitality industry 5 years ago with Westin Pune and since then has accrued substantial experience and expertise in the field of marketing communication. In her new role, she works to create an effective marketing communications and public relations platform.
Pankaj Wadhwa, Director of Sales & Marketing, Sofitel Mumbai BKC
Wadhwa comes to Sofitel Mumbai BKC, with over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading and further improving all aspects of the sales and marketing communications, promoting brand strategies.
Sohaib Kidwai, Director of Sales and Marketing, Hyatt Regency Chennai
With over 11 years of experience in the areas of sales, business development, strategic planning and team management, Kidwai brings with him a sound understanding and a wealth of expertise in the sales and marketing function. At Hyatt Regency Chennai, Kidwai’s core responsibilities will include maximising hotels revenues.

Pradeep Panwar, HR Manager, Double Tree by Hilton, Pune, Chinchwad
With over 11 years experience in hotel operations and human resources, Panwar started his career in hospitality with Taj Ummaid Bhavan Palace, Rajasthan. Earlier he has worked with The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata, Park Plaza by Carlson Rezidor Kolkata, and Royal Orchid Bangalore.
Atul Bhalla, Area Manager East, ITC Hotels & GM, ITC Sonar
Bhalla’s journey with ITC Hotels began more than two decades back at ITC Kakatiya in 1998 and since then he has also held senior management positions at several ITC Hotels. In his new role he will oversee both the Kolkata properties - ITC Sonar and ITC Royal Bengal.
Amit Prashant Chakraborti, Chef De Cuisine, Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan
An industry veteran having more than 10 year of experience, Chakraborti has been associated with some of the best hotel brands in the country. In his new role, he is responsible to supervise restaurant kitchen shift operations and to ensure compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures.
Chef Vishal Atreya, Executive Chef, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu
With an illustrious career of over 16 years, Chef Atreya brings with him vast knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry. After graduating from the Institute of Hotel Management in Chandigarh, Chef Atreya worked with The Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi, then moved to The Imperial Hotel, New Delhi and later joined The Ritz Carlton LLC.
Aparajita Das, Director of Services, JW Marriott Pune
Das has more than a decade of experience in the housekeeping department, of which eight years have been at a managerial level. In her new role, she will be responsible for maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetics at the hotel as well as developing new systems and procedures for overall process efficiency.
Dilpreet Singh Bindra, GM, JW Marriott Chandigarh
Bindra comes with an experience spanning over 20 years with previous stints as Director of Operations at JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity, General Manager, The Gateway Resort, Damdama Lake and Director of Catering, Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi, where he handled the convention centre.
Ashutosh Ranjan Thakur, Director of Food & Beverage, Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan
An industry veteran having more than 14 years of experience, Thakur has been associated with some of the best hotel brands in the country. In his new role, he will be responsible for the overall management & operation of the F&B sections including restaurant, bar and banquet events.
Raam Shetty, Director of Rooms, Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, Gachibowli
Shetty has 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to his current role at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, he has worked at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, Novotel, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, The Westin and The Taj.
Chef Sudhir Nair, Executive Chef, Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road & Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road
Chef Nair comes with over 17 years of expertise in the culinary field. He has worked with several iconic brands such as Bukhara, Dum Pukht and Ottimo at Westview at ITC Maurya in New Delhi.
Sunil Menon, Executive Sous Chef, Four Points by Sheraton, Pune
Menon has more than 17 years experience in the hospitality industry. He has joined Four Points by Sheraton as an Executive Sous Chef and his responsibilities involves in menu development and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in F&B operation.
