30 catering colleges to participate in AISSMS’ Atithya 2018

3-day Intercollegiate competition is scheduled between Feb. 7 & 9, 2018

Around 30 catering colleges from both India and abroad will participate in the annual Intercollegiate hospitality competition, Atithya 2018, organized by All India Shree Shivaji Memorial Society’s (AISSMS) College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Pune, scheduled at the college campus between February 7 and 9. 

Teams representing these 30 hotel management and catering institutes will compete in 12 categories of competitions spread over three days. These competitions cover areas like Service Marketing, Food Styling, Presentation, etc. The three-day event will conclude over an Award nite on February 9, where students will have the opportunity to interact with hoteliers from the city of Pune. 

“Atithya is a platform for the students to come together and compete with each other. The best talent gets recognized and it’s a good way of introducing the budding professionals to the industry,” said Dr. Sonali Jadhav, Principal of AISSMS College of Hotel Management & Catering Technoloy.
