Dish Hospitality, a Wadhawan Group company, plans to invest Rs 300 Crore by 2012 to open a multi-brand chain of restaurants and cafes. The expansion will be funded through internal accruals.

Some of the brands under its name are Aurus - a fine-dine restaurant; Nashta Chai - a kiosk serving street food from across India; Tasty Tangles - an Oriental restaurant, which is a franchisee of Dubai-based Jumeirah hotel and Sancho's - a Mexican restaurant. Apart from this, Dish Hospitality has an 18000 sq ft central kitchen in Mumbai, supplying around 10000 meals on a daily basis to corporate and movie production units.

Dish Hospitality plans to open 35 Tasty Tangles restaurants in India. The company has also joined hands with the US-based Focus Group to open a franchisee outlet of international chain, Cinnabon.
