Launched by mother-daughter duo Vidhi and Sonal Taneja, Tiella translates to an authentic dish served in Southern Italy; resonating with the brand’s essence of providing bona fide dishes amidst a delivery concept. 20-year old college student Vidhi desired to bring about a change in the delivery kitchen industry, with a deep-rooted desire to create something unique of her own; leading to the birth of Tiella.
Tiella is for those craving authentic European cuisine from the comfort of their homes- a sure hit for true food enthusiasts. Convenient and easy to order, the hub is a dream for those leading a fast-paced life, dreaming to dig into divine dishes.
Located in Shahpur Jat, the cloud kitchen is operational to delve into 7 days a week, 12 pm to 12 am. Signature dishes at the delivery joint include a vegetarian’s dream- Green Pea & Asparagus burger, a sinful Herb Garlic Bread, a creamy Mushroom risotto, a sensational Pollo pizza, a juicy Confit Chicken Leg, succulent Belgium Pork Belly, a mouth-watering Choco Lava Cake and more!
Speaking about their entrepreneurial journey, Co-Founder Vidhi Taneja said “Asia & Europe have always been my favourite travel stories and as a result, their culinary legacies were the inspiration behind our two brands- Tiella and Azuma Kara. Being a paranoid person myself, I have ensured our safety measures are intact; while providing a seamless delivery experience to clients. Our main aim through this was to provide customers with a restaurant like an experience in the comfort of their home.” Renowned chef C J Fernandes, having worked as a management trainee at Olive and Ek Bar works his charm at the hub. His expertise lies in European Bakeries and Progressive Indian cuisine.
