Foodtech Ventures Launches My Love Triangle for gourmet pizza experience

My Love Triangle is a premium gourmet experience that aims to deliver the perfect pizza to those who crave delicious, authentic pies in the comfort of their homes. However, MLT is different from every other pizza kitchen in the business. Once a customer places an order, food is prepared inside the delivery van while driving to the address! MLT’s pizza dream team has gotten the art of making and delivering pizzas down to a T, after having baked nearly 10,000 trial pizza pies. The pizzas are crafted on the classic hand-stretched dough and kneaded to perfection in order to create the lightest, airiest textured bases. From ripe San Marzano tomatoes and Parma ham imported from Emiliana Romana to soft mozzarella, aged parmesan, and the freshest, crispiest herbs & leaves, the team has left no stone unturned in ensuring that only the finest gourmet ingredients are used to create an MLT pizza. Also on the menu: delectable appetizers (think divine garlic bread & a scrumptious antipasti selection), handcrafted beverages curated by India's finest mixologist Yangdup Lama using locally sourced real ingredients, and an assortment of delicately delicious yet refreshingly light desserts expertly crafted by Chef Avanti. Team MLT searched far and wide for the perfect packaging for its gourmet offerings: terracotta containers! A global first for pizzas, MLT's packaging helps keep pizzas piping hot even after delivery, soaks the moisture to prevent them from getting soggy, AND is eco-friendly and biodegradable. What’s more: they can even be used afterward as a terracotta dining set.
