Chef Seth has really embraced the festive spirit of the season by introducing a delectable and rich Roast Chicken served with Rosemary roast potatoes, herbed apple stuffing served with a yummy madeira jus.
The menu also includes Charred Grilled Prawns served with a Citrus beurre blanc sauce, Seasons Crepes made with Sundried tomatoes, forest mix mushrooms, spinach and ricotta, and a flavoursome Pearl Barley and Pumpkin Risotto made with a Roasted red beet jus, served with pesto crostini.
