Artificial intelligence is giving cloud kitchens the ground for being more efficient and streamlining their operations successfully. The 21st century is witnessing a rapid growth in terms of technology. There have been countless useful inventions and innovative tech that  are helping shape the future of the country. One such invention is Artificial Intelligence (AI). From phones to digital assistants, everything these days is based on AI  and the latest ones to join this booming tech are restaurateurs.

Food delivery apps and Pizza delivery businesses have been running successfully on this technology for a very long time now but with people getting more comfortable dining at home, the concept of cloud kitchens is on an all time rise and AI is only adding to the benefits of these kitchens. AI helps cloud kitchens find out the right cuisines, identify the menu mix, manage inventory and deal with customer feedback. Automation has played an enormous role in the way restaurants are doing business. In the cloud kitchen space particularly, automation is helping in:
Analytics: Identifying what products are selling, the right pricing for those, the promotions and marketing activities
Automation in the Kitchen:
Bots that are closely monitoring the hygiene of food with consistent quality in taste and visual appeal
Kitchen processes are automated to the extent that the kitchen staff is only looking at the Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT), preparing and delivering the food within the best possible duration. Other activities like kitchen processes related to training, SOPs, hygiene, ratings & reviews etc. are automated to ensure that each order is treated as a high priority order and the data is available on cloud for instant action

Academy: Training of people using digital video platforms, adaptive learning based on feedback and performance assessment.

Companies that have been investing in the AI based cloud kitchen business are laying the platform for explosive growth. Food-tech has become an exciting space in the last couple of years as an increasing number of players are looking to tap this market. Traditional restaurants which used to see  only 5 to 10% of revenue from online orders, now see more than 30% of revenue being generated from customer orders placed online.

The future of AI based food businesses will not only be cost effective in terms of infrastructure but also manpower. Everything from taking orders to delivering the prepared food will soon be done by machines. AI will help restaurants know their customers personally yet formally, their choices will be taken care of precisely and customer complaints will also be dealt with in a professional manner. AI will take cloud kitchens to the next level monetarily and professionally while also making  them customers’ favourites!

The day is not far when robots will take orders and drones will deliver them.

In conclusion, the future of kitchens and restaurants lies in AI based activations and any investment in cloud kitchens will be nothing less than hitting the jackpot. Artificial intelligence will tremendously boost sales and enable seamless operations without much of an expenditure on human labor. Installation of AI in your culinary business will take your kitchens to greater heights!
