Hotelogix offers refresher training to its customers, helps increase efficiency post-pandemic

Hotelogix, a globally leading enterprise-grade cloud-based Hotel Property Management System (Hotel PMS) provider, announced that it has started offering online refresher training to its customers. According to the hospitality technology provider, this initiative has enabled its chain/group hotel clients to work effortlessly with the Hotel PMS while saving on training costs. 

 

"Our Hotel PMS is quite a comprehensive solution with all the essential features for centralised multi-property operations. We observed some of our customers struggle to work on our solution with reduced and new staff during the pandemic. So, to help them overcome this, we rolled out this well-thought-out refresher training. It is true to our motto – we help our users witness instant and assured ROI," said Aditya Sanghi, Co-founder & CEO at Hotelogix.  

 

According to Chander Shukla, Associate Vice President, Global Support at Hotelogix, "The whole training part is structured around one objective – helping clients overcome any obstacles they may face while using the Hotel PMS for daily activities. Moreover, it is about empowering them to do more with reduced or new staff while saving on training costs." 

 

Speaking about the usefulness of this initiative, Glen Carvalho, Cluster Revenue Manager, Luxuria Hotel Management, UAE, said, "I would like to say a Big Thanks to Hotelogix for conducting these webinars. These training sessions have been beneficial to our staff in understanding the Hotel PMS much better. It has given them more confidence when dealing with guests for bookings and day-to-day operations. This also helps us save on training costs."
