Shiro Bangalore announces the launch of their new menu in the city today at their UB City outlet. Bringing customers the best of the Orient, the new menu is a dream come true for those who love Pan-Asian cuisine.

The menu features a host of new delicacies along with a few classic and favourite dishes across all categories – appetisers, soups, salad, main course and dessert, along with an all new Hip Dining section. This exciting new menu gives customers a really wide spread to choose from - Sushi, Sashimi, Makimono, Ramen Dim Sums, Baos, Teppanyaki, Curries, Laksas, Fried rice and delicious noodles so much more.

Carefully crafted by Chef Priyank Chouhan, some of the key highlights on the new menu include a tender Peking Duck, a juicy Tobanjung Pork served with lettuce and pancakes, Javanese Lamb Chops – perfectly grilled, these imported lamb chops are marinated in a coconut spice paste to give it that burst of flavours. The Bang Bang summer rolls and chilli Hoisin Mock Duck are a must have for vegetarians.

The Sushi, Sashimi and Makimono menu will leave you spoilt for choice. Along with classics like Sushi rolls and Sashimi, Shiro has introduced a refreshing and flavourful Miso Campachi Ceviche and Himachi Carpaccio. The Crispy Spicy Avocado and Black Edamame Truffle Makimonos are a real treat for the tastebuds as it combines subtle flavours and a mix of different textures. Don’t miss out on the Truffle Lobster California Roll and Duck Confit with spicy Hosin Mayo wrapped in glass noodles.

The Lamb Redang with Scallion Pancake and the Miso Shiitake Risotto is Chef’s Priyank’s innovative way of giving you classics with his own unique twist.

Talking about the new menu Chef Priyank Chouhan, said, “We wanted to shake things up a bit. Our customer base consists of people who have experienced authentic cuisine from across the world. We are catering to a discerning audience who knows their food well and we wanted to bring to them an experience that allows them to go on a culinary journey of South-East Asian while sitting right here at our restaurant in Bangalore. The new menu brings to diners their favourite dishes and some classics with a real innovative twist.”
