Indore Marriott Hotel hosts the Royal Cuisines of Punjab food festival starting from the 13th of May till the 22nd of May 2022 Underlining the theme, the Executive chef, Shiv Parvesh and Chef Tinkesh have come up with a delectable array of Punjabi cuisine. The grand spread will showcase an assortment of delicacies like Bhatti da Murgh pindwala, Dahi Bhutta Rattan Tikki - a Jalandhar specialty, Amritsari Butter Chicken, Kacche Aam ki Launji with Poori, Pind Da Matka Gosht, Amritsari Pindi Chole amongst other preparations.
