Six Senses Spa to open at The Baglioni Marrakech, Morocco by 2011

Morocco’s first Six Senses Spa is scheduled to open by late 2011. The spa having an area of 1,500 sq mt will be a centrepiece of The Baglioni Marrakech — a boutique five-star hotel set within 34-acre parkland resort and residential development.

The Six Senses Spa at The Baglioni Marrakech will have indoor treatment rooms including two couple’s rooms with sunken bath for half day and full day package getaways. The special feature of the spa will be the traditional hammam heat experience, which will offer hammam journeys for individuals, couples and small groups.

The extensive spa facility will comprise eight single treatment rooms set around ponds, an outdoor terrace for group treatments, a 60 sq mt gym, sauna, experience shower and a floatation pool.

The spa will offer a consultation room and a roof-top yoga pavilion ideal for corporate wellness conferences and programmes. The spa will service The Baglioni Marrakech guests, resident owners and private members only.
