Taj Deccan, Hyderabad has launched a new concept culinary experience, called ‘Syn,’an Asian Bar & Grill restaurant. Situated just off the atrium lobby of the hotel, ‘Syn’ sprawls over a large area and includes an island bar, an interactive cooking station, a lounge as well as a rock-embedded alfresco area.
Authentic Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese cuisines are being showcased and the multi-faceted menu has been created by Executive Chef Sachin Joshi and his team, with inputs from Ananda Solomon, Corporate Chef, Taj Business Hotels, who is the master of Thai cuisine in India.
Teppan-style food includes a choice of sea-foods namely scallops, lobster, sea bass, octopus, oyster; as well as vegetables and tofu. Another highlight at Syn is the sushi menu, which being showcased by Chef Francis. The other food options will include tempura, pan seared scallops, duck liver foie gras, Thai style roast duck, Vietnamese rice-paper rolls, braised turkey breast and Thai curries served with jasmine rice.
