UP Hotels Clarks Limited, the promoter of Clarks Exotica and Clarks Inn Hotel brands, has signed a management contract with Alwar-based Gulshan Properties, for its upcoming hotel property at Alwar in Rajasthan. The agreement was signed by Anoop Kumar, Managing Director, UP Hotels Clarks Limited and Gulshan Bhatia, Chairman, Gulshan Properties, at a function held in Clarks Inn Hotel, Ghaziabad.
The Alwar property, which will bear the Clarks Inn brand name, will be Alwar's first branded hotel property. The 35 room property will offer banqueting and conference facilities. "Our endeavour is to develop this property into a boutique hotel with all the facilities of a star hotel, at an affordable price," says Kumar. According to Kumar, the company is looking at ten management contracts per year for new hotels. |
