BCIHMCT to host ninth Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble from September 22 to 24, 2010

Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BCIHMCT) will organise ninth Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble from September 22 to 24, 2010. Professionals from across the country will exhibit and share their skills at the ensemble. All events will be judged by professionals and experts from the industry.

R K Bhandari, Principal, BCIHMCT said, “This event aims at honing the culinary and hospitality skills and understanding of hospitality business to the students. It will help in enhancing their creativity and capacities for critical thinking along with planning and organising skills, essential for hospitality world. It can become a convenient platform for hoteliers to select budding hospitality professionals here.”
