By HBI Staff | Mumbai

Santosh Koripella has written and launched the ‘Food and Beverage Bible’, an e-book based on his F&B career spread over 12 years across 11 different countries — England, Singapore, Dubai, Curacao, Vietnam, Gambia, Papua New Guinea, Maldives, Seychelles, Thailand and India. His books compiles his experience, which spans hotels and resorts, from the big five star luxury properties and Michelin star restaurants to independent owner-run small hotels and restaurants.

The Food and Beverage Bible tries to clarify and answer many doubts that an F&B professional encounters on a day to day basis. It can serve as a practical guide for professionals already in the industry; novices, who want to pursue a career in F&B; those who want to fast track it to the management level in the F&B sector or a lay person who wants information about the F&B industry.

The Food and Beverage Bible can also help front office staff, housekeepers, sales and marketing staff, accounts, human resources and training professionals to thoroughly understand the F&B department’s functioning and look for a possible switch over in the future.
