This year has already been a good one for the hospitality industry. The long standing demand to facilitate fast clearances for hospitality projects, i.e ‘single window’, has been cleared by the Union Cabinet. In addition, the Ministry of Tourism (MoT) is also planning a comprehensive policy to encourage setting up of budget/mid-segment hotels throughout the country to increase the tourist numbers in the budget segment.
