There is indeed light at the end of the tunnel. It has been almost a year that Subodh Kant Sahai has taken over as the Union Tourism Minister of India. But the changes that are coming forth are noticeable and positive. The minister has already indicated that his department seeks more funds for the development of tourism in the country. In a recent event, Sahai also called for various state governments to develop their infrastructure, as well as promote tourism in their states with trade participation. If his wishes come true then there would surely be a noticeable change in the near future. more>>
