The recently concluded FHRAI Convention in Kochi, Kerala has yet again opened up the Pandora’s box. There was a fair amount of excitement generated by the Federation around the Convention, and it also got a lot of attention. Unfortunately, all the attention was not for the right reasons. The Annual Convention of the apex body of hospitality associations was, for all practical purposes, boycotted by leading members of two of its regional associations.
