Vivek Kapoor, Executive Chef, My Fortune Bengaluru
Chef Vivek Kapoor was groomed under eminent chefs of the trade during his association with the Oberoi Group during his apprenticeship. He spent his initial eight years as a chef at the Oberoi which gave a strong foundation to his career. Later he worked with Radisson, New Delhi, and then at the Taj, where he was able to build a strong culinary shop floor and further develop his kitchen management skills. He was also associated with the opening of the luxury resort Khyber at Gulmarg, before joining My Fortune Bengaluru. Chef Kapoor has a flair for innovation and creativity, but at the same time pays great attention to details while preparing the most mundane dish.
